HEATING - VENTILATION - PLUMBING DESIGN AND ROUGH-IN

                                             DEERING, ALASKA

           This $23,450 labor only project for 10 HUD homes in Deering owned by the Northwest

       Unpiat Housing Authority located in Kotzebue was for the plumbing, heating and ventilation.

          The scope of work Nushagak Consultants preformed was an inventory of existing plumbing

       and heating material on site, the re-design of the hydronic heating system, the design and

       rough-in of the building water and plumbing vacuum systems, and the re-design and

       installation of the fresh air ventilation system (HRV). All of this was done when it was

      -20 below in Deering.
